I coach people who have food related challenges. I am Holistic Health Coach I don't only offer a possible nutrition plan, but I work with my clients to look at the many factors that impact their life and learn which ones are asking them to go deeper. In this way, food related challenges become the doorway to a wonderful healing journey.

Programs Include:

· A Health History Consultation

· (1) 50 Minute Session Per Week (in person, by phone or via Zoom)

· Email Support Between Sessions

· Midway Progress and Program Discussions

What We May Cover:

Chronic dieting, digestive issues, binge eating, fatigue, mood, and emotional eating and how they are all related to our relationship with food. A healthy and nourishing relationship with food is supportive and fulfilling.

The Energy Nourishing Approach is for you if you are:

· Willing to explore your thoughts, old patterns and beliefs, and habits around food to increase an awareness and love of self

· Interested in learning how your relationship with food is a doorway to understanding your relationship with life
